Re: HEAD GASKET

I've used a permaseal brand mls on my JA. It is to suit the vr4-/evo 1-3 twin cam so it does need a few coolant holes to be enlarged.

That's what we need, a red widebody cruising the streets of Perth.

Orient xpress car show is coming soon (maybe 14th of May). That gives you 21 days to get that baby rolling rofl

Re: 82/83 service manual

All U.S. Starions were fitted with the 4G54 engine . So if you are looking at service manuals in that market you should bear that in mind.

Re: GSR-V gearbox issues

Hi Benatic. I've never tackled this job before as when I had a similar issue I managed to find a good used gearbox.
But I do believe replacement syncros are available and there is a good rebuild thread on the starquest forum. http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/inde ... pic=148661

Re: Cleaning rusty engine blocks

Give it a good pressure wash with water at the end and ffs wear all the ppe as both the acid and the caustic will give you a nasty burn if it ge...

Re: I got stooged at an auction. not happy Jan!

All that is left to do now is carefully slag the fuck out of them on public forums so people know what a shonky pair of fuckers they are. Did I mention STEVE GRAHAM AUCTIONS, :D The power of word of mouth style feedback is quite potent in this day and age, it's a shame that some businesses don't se...

Re: Headlight upgrade

So I Bought the JW Speakers a few months ago (8900 evolution series). They are a pain in the arse to install due to the negative switch system the Starion uses to select high/low beam. But result! http://imgur.com/jHWc6aj.jpg http://i.imgur.com/YKA6XoY.jpg http://i.imgur.com/CQEaaDe.jpg These lights...
